Abstracts, Full papers and Presentations Main Guidelines

Kindly limit the abstract to one page (250 words) Max.
Papers must be categorized under one of these classifications:
- Research paper
- Viewpoint
- Technical paper
- Conceptual paper
- Case study
- Literature review

Full Paper Instructions:
All Authors whose Abstract has been accepted for presentation at the conference are kindly requested to submit the Full Paper electronically on the Conference Webpage before 20th of February 2021. The Full Paper should be written following the format provided. The file has to be translated into a Word file before submission via the Conference site. The organizers do not commit themselves to publish any Full Paper received later than the above-mentioned deadline. The corresponding author should be the speaker, and is expected to register and pay his/her registration fee for the Full Paper to be included in the technical program of the conference.
Authors are kindly required to check the similarity of their papers before uploading them on their personal pages (Please make sure that the similarity percentage does not exceed 20% or the paper will be subject to desk rejection)
Presentation Files Format and Template
The conference organizing staff will provide the templates for preparing the presentations. The authors are not allowed to use templates with colourful backgrounds and are entirely responsible for the presentation content (order, the loading, graphics...etc.).
PowerPoint files (*.ppt, *.pptx) are recommended. Movies, animation, Windows Media, or AVI, etc, should be tested with the Conference Technical Staff before the conference.
Language
Research abstract, full paper and associated materials papers must be written in English or Arabic languages. In the Case of English presentations, presenters should be sufficiently fluent in English to run presentation and discussion on high academic standards.
Schedule
Date, time and session for oral presentations will be displayed in the Conference Program.
Duration
The time slot for each presentation is 20 minutes (including the QA session) for regular presentations. Session chairs will hold presentations strictly to the allotted time. Questions will be viewed and discussed at the end of the session.
Review Process
By submitting a paper to the conference, the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers are reviewed using a blind double review system, while matching each paper to the best possible area and reviewers.
Please make sure to avoid providing information that may identify the authors in the acknowledgments. Also kindly avoid providing links to websites that identify the authors. Violation of any of these guidelines may lead to rejection without review.
Attendance Responsibilities
The authors agree that if the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors will register for the conference and present the paper there.
