At this stage, the author will select which track he/she prefers (conference proceedings or International Journals).

2.1: Conference proceedings track

The technical committee checks that the paper is appropriate for the conference and is sufficiently original and interesting. If not, the paper may be rejected without being reviewed any further.

Scientific committees send each paper on this track to 2 reviewers. Reviewers rate each paper independently on a scale of 1–10 (double-blind procedure) and optionally submit comments for the authors. They send their recommendation to accept or reject it.

lastly, by 5th of March 2021, authors will be notified on full papers’ acceptance or rejection to present in the Conference and publish in the conference proceeding.

2.2: Journal Track

The scientific committee checks that the paper is appropriate for the conference and Journal " Global Business and Management Research: An International Journal (GBMR) ". If not, the paper may be rejected without being reviewed any further or send for reviewing process in Proceeding Track.

Scientific committees send each paper on this track to 2 reviewers. Reviewers rate each paper independently (double-blind procedure) and optionally submit comments for the authors. They send their recommendation to accept or reject it – or else with a request for revision (usually flagged as either major or minor) before it is reconsidered.

The committee considers all the returned reviews before making an overall decision. If the reviews differ widely, the committee may invite an additional reviewer so as to get an extra opinion before making a decision. The decision will send to the author, including any relevant reviewer comments.

  • If accepted, the paper will be presented at the conference and will be sent to production at GBMR.
  • If the article is rejected for a journals, it will be presented at the conference and publish in the conference proceeding only.
  • If sent back for either major or minor revision, the scientific committee will include constructive comments from the reviewers to help the author improve the article. The paper will check again to make sure that followed all recommendations sent. Then reviewed paper will be sent to production at GBMR.
